The office building of Liquid Rubber Europe has been converted from a large bare building into an attractive and modern working environment. The interior and the finishing of the building are of high quality. The building has a modern reception area, a showroom, meeting rooms, workspaces and seating areas.

An existing 1994 villa, located by the quite babbling Vinerveens water, is demolished to make way for the creative replacement from architects and design specialists Schulze & Van Dijk and interior specialist Jen Alkema. They were approached by The Contractors and took their inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright (1867 - 1959), the impressionable American architect.

The Contactors approached architects bureau Jen Alkema to come up with an interior plan.
The house has a surface area of 600m² (4 x 150m²) with room for sports, sauna, dance and lounge areas.
