An existing 1994 villa, located by the quite babbling Vinerveens water, is demolished to make way for the creative replacement from architects and design specialists Schulze & Van Dijk and interior specialist Jen Alkema. They were approached by The Contractors and took their inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright (1867 – 1959), the impressionable American architect.
